1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TruckLoads ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

3. Nature of Service

TruckLoads is a technology platform that connects transporters (load posters) with vehicle owners (carriers). We are not a party to any transport contract executed between users. We do not own, operate, or control any vehicle, and we do not provide transportation services directly.

4. Account & KYC

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and OTPs.
  • You must provide accurate KYC documents (ID, vehicle RC, license, GST/PAN where applicable).
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts where verification fails or fraud is suspected.

5. User Obligations

  • Comply with all applicable laws including motor vehicle, transport, tax, and safety regulations.
  • Honour confirmed bookings and bids; communicate honestly with the counterparty.
  • Do not post false load information, fake vehicle details, or misleading documents.
  • Do not use the Platform to circumvent fees once introduced through it.

6. Payments & Fees

Freight is settled between transporter and vehicle owner per the agreed terms. Where the Platform facilitates payment or charges a service/commission fee, the applicable schedule will be displayed before confirmation. Taxes apply as per law.

7. Cancellations & Disputes

Cancellation rules and penalties, if any, will be displayed at the time of booking. Disputes between users should first be resolved between the parties; we may, at our discretion, assist with mediation but are not obligated to do so.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: transport prohibited or illegal goods; impersonate another person; interfere with the Platform's operation; reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the API; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruckLoads is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of cargo, delays, or losses arising from acts of users, third parties, or force majeure events. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software on the Platform are owned by TruckLoads or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written consent.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or to comply with legal requirements.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the registered office location of TruckLoads shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
